About: This is a contract made from bits and parts of other actual TFP contracts I found. The only real change, is the addition of the word 'soul'. This is very much a humour based political statement about the state of photography, and how some photogs and companys scam, and pray upon models for gain.
FULL VIEW TO READ THE CONTRACT....modeling contracts are amazing and mind boggling in their legal details.

This photo was made as a political ----joke----, at the current state SOME of the photo industry.

PS - About "models getting what they deserved"....obviously young women who are complete amatures, have never shot before, dont understand the legal jargin...can read a full contract in detail and understand its every aspect, while the photog stands there telling them "oh no, I wont sell these to an adult site", or "oh no, I wont sell these off to mystery third parties", or "oh no, that's normal for ALL contracts"....thus its all their fault.

PPS - I understand the difference between a paid commercial shoot, and a hobbist tfp. This is not about your high end paid shoots, etc.
